I can't get timely service from Hudson in Newington, CT. They seem to be short staffed. A year ago I had terrible service for many months. Right now, my husband's WC is actually dangerous and I cannot get repairs in a timely manner.Hudson (Newington,CT) can't send someone for a whole week. I will give my review after visit. My husband has a flat tire in his per oil and is currently without a wheelchair. Left a message on answering machine Sunday with hopes of a return call ASAP Monday morning. I am hoping that I can give them a good review. Add comment

Worst company. No customer service, no return calls,lengthy time to even get product. If I hadn't followed up I never would have received the chair that my insurance paid for. Still not right. Think they are a front for an illegal business. Or they are perhaps the stupidest unprofessional company in existence. I don't know how they have an address. I plan to notify the BBB in Denver. I am horrified about how this company (National Seating & Mobility) has handled themselves. A year ago my father was diagnosed with ALS and Brennan Arbogast from the TOLEDO location at 6501 Angola Road Unit P Holland, OH 43528-9651, sold my parents a mobility chair. Former employee, was worst job ever, we do NOT stock parts. Had to go out empty handed and tell customers lies about when they would get chair fixed, and the customer has to get prescribtion from Dr. To get the process going. Some sales guys are jerks and only care about money Add comment

In October of 2014 I contacted this company to order a new wheelchair. Jason, the branch manager came to my home to gather information about what I wanted. He said due to the fact that I was ordering a duplicate of what I already had he could just take the serial number and order another chair. This quantum chair was delivered the last week of February with issues, the speed is totally too slow, the head rest was loose and now broken, the seat belt has come off, the seat and back cushions are not suited for me.
