Customer service and responsiveness are the worst I've experienced from any business. Unfortunately our insurance provider locked us into doing business with them for many years as Chair & Equipment. Our son has a progressive muscle wasting disease which slowly eroded his mobility. We started with a scooter purchased from the company. When it broke down, it took weeks to have it repaired... This is by far one of the worst companies that I have had to deal with. You would think that being in a serviced orientate business for the disabled you would have compassion for people. NOT this company the customer service is horrible. They are a rip off. They never return phone call and they do not know their produce. They are in it for the money only. I purchased a e-fix wheelchair from national seating and mobilty in 2014. The chair was bearly a 1 year old. The battery charger went out. I have called and called teting to get a replacement charger. No one returns your call. No one knows the price of anything. It is very frustrating to purchased such a expensive item from a company and after they get their money there is not customer service... Read more

It took me 3 months to get my chair. When it was finally delivered they adjusted it then left. I had to call them back, chair was not fitting me right. The front wheels are a fourth a inch or less from foot rest. So they adjusted my seat now my feet don't touch the foot rest. If I wear shoes I have to put my feet on top of each other so it so the wheels don't grab my feet. Which is a safety... Read more

Last June 2014 we contacted National Seating here in West Virginia for a new wheelchair for our quadriplegic Son Zackary. After months of waiting, with a continuous run a round from NS claiming every excuse they could muster up. I HAVE SPENT OVER $1100 OVER A MONTH AGO AND THEY STILL CANNOT LOCATE THE PARTS TO FIX MY WHEELCHAIR (MOTORS). TODAY I WAS ASKED IF MAYBE I COULD CALL THE DISTRIBUER TO SEE IF I COULD GET THE PARTS. A nightmare from the start. Twice had to start over with complete evals. Never got to test drive different models. Was not told I could not exchange it. It is a very dangerous wheelchair. Bad customer service. Do not use this company!!! Read more
