This company is a joke. They tell you we are the only place for specialized wheelchairs so get them from us. Well i thick it should be get pushed aside or forgotten by your company. We been waiting since June for a wheelchair for my husband & all we have gotten is the run @. I will never & i mean never recommed this companymto anybody. I would love it if someone in this company kept their word and actually called you back. I have been trying to get my daughter's wheelchair since July. They have the standard line "is has been processed, or the chair is on order. This is not status, this is confirmation of information I already know. My friend has waited 2 months going on 3 for authorization to get his batteries replaced on his wheelchair as well as repairs and has a virtually been stuck at home and the office that he's dealing with him in Utah does not call him back and is giving him the runaround when he does get ahold of someone. This is almost banking on abuse of a handicapped person and I wish something could be done... Read more

What a lack of service and professionalism from the company from the top down. Do not do business with them... If you happen to get a return phone call back within a week your lucky. Don't know how they have been in business for the years but poor customer service and the laziness to assist their customers amazes me. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. They will make your life miserable. Never return calls. Take months for repairs. They are too busy to write a power wheelchair order. I have been trying to arrange a meeting for months. The Stockton CA branch us the worst. I have a disabled child and have been dealing with these pwople for 15 years. Beware of this company! They will rip you off. I purchased a chair from them and have a bill of sale. So everything is fine until several months later. They claim they miscalculated and my co-pay is $300+ what they had told me at the time of purchase. "Not my problem," I told them.
