I got approved for a SmartDrive in April, and then there is only one person who could place the order and she was on vacation. She then forgot to place the order until I called. I also called the salesperson I dealt with and they did not return my calls. I finally got my SmartDrive after 5 weeks, then only to find out that I needed to order a part. The worst experience I've ever had in dealing with a business!!! Cheap equipment. No customer service. Doesn't care about the needs of clients. Cannot get anyone to return phone calls for weeks and weeks. Cannot talk to anyone or get repairs done for months at the time. I have never been so frustrated and felt so helpless than when speaking with a customer service rep at National Seating and Mobility. They kept my poor mother waiting for a scooter repair appointment over 3 months (she is completely immobile and depends on her scooter to get around) then they never showed up and claimed they did. I call yheif business during normal business hours almost always get the answering machine. I leave messages and they never return calls. I will try my best never to use their services again.

I received my power-chair in March 2016 from Hudson Seating and Mobility and it has broke down 4 times leaving me stranded on the city streets. The chair is a LEMON .The chair has spent more hours broken sitting in my kitchen than is has being usable. Ive been approved since April for much needed power chair that I was promised by National Seating and Mobility I would have in 90 days or so early last December. My MassHealth approved it fully, secondary insurance, Medicare is my primary should have been billed first so the promise of my chair died again after Albert A. We recently purchased a home with a chair lift system that was not functional. We contacted NSM to have someone check out the system and see what was needed for repair. A return call was received immediately and an approximate appointment time set up for a service call along with being told we would be called when they were on the way. Every time we need a repair on my dads power wheel chair every-time we need a repair which most of the time are critical(urgent) we have wait 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment for a technician to come take a look at it. Please keep in mind that power wheel chairs are basically a pair of legs. This is the only way people are able to get around.
