Lousy customer service at the Chattanooga office by Pamela Baker. She even threatened to give a bad report if I file a complaint. Here it is. She curses like a sailor. I've the recording.

This company has no compassion or sympathy for us who are wheelchair users. We need our wheelchairs to get around and they do not seem to understand this at all. They walk around and use their legs so they have no clue to what it is not to be able not to walk. I have heard it from at least 5 other clients and even experienced it myself of having to lay up in bed for more than a week. We keep calling and get the same run around. " we are working... I have done everything they've asked me to do, such as meet with the PT and... Read more

We dropped by National Seating and Mobility at 9494 Kirby, Houston, TX We were advised our chair will not be ixable under insurance anyplace by the front desk. however, as we were getting that sad information, the two technicians came nd took a look at the chair. They took it from us and replaced a screw and it is in restored health although we were advised the chair is in need of being replaced. It will serve the need much more comfortably... Read more

My stepson has primary progressive MS and we have been waiting 9 months and still no chair!! Ridiculous how they treat disabled people who really need wheelchairs and other equipment. We have even filed complaints with their corporate office and still no chair. They did respond to the e-mail and someone called saying they would rush it and we are still waiting!! I'm a nurse and would never recommend this company, taking advantage of our at risk... Read more
