I am horrified about how this company (National Seating & Mobility) has handled themselves. A year ago my father was diagnosed with ALS and Brennan Arbogast from the TOLEDO location at 6501 Angola Road Unit P Holland, OH 43528-9651, sold my parents a mobility chair. He told them their insurance would cover the chair completely. Former employee, was worst job ever, we do NOT stock parts. Had to go out empty handed and tell customers lies about when they would get chair fixed, and the customer has to get prescribtion from Dr. To get the process going. Some sales guys are jerks and only care about money Add comment

In October of 2014 I contacted this company to order a new wheelchair. Jason, the branch manager came to my home to gather information about what I wanted. He said due to the fact that I was ordering a duplicate of what I already had he could just take the serial number and order another chair. He said the manufacturer would have all the information needed to create a new chair. Normally it takes tops 6 weeks after ordering to receive a new chair. This quantum chair was delivered the last week of February with issues, the speed is totally too slow, the head rest was loose and now broken, the seat belt has come off, the seat and back cushions are not suited for me. This problem has caused blisters on my back side and a trip to ER with sciatic nerve pain As of 3/15/2016. I've called to get issues resolved,set appointments then no show! no cancelation. I too am VERY dissatisfied with this company. they do not return your phone calls, they make promises they can't keep. I am waiting on a motor for my husbands wheelchair for over a month now. I called they blame it on Medicare. they probably didn't turn the claim in I'm guessing. How can a company stay in business with so many dissatisfied customers. And how can a company's management allow all these complaints without doing something. Do you think it's the management? I DO. Read more

Blaine Singleton said I was arguing with him after he started yelling over the phone. I asked his tech. for a quote for back casters. I never received one. Instead of getting a quote they were put on when the brake or one of the many motors or brakes went out and they took it to the shop. I didn't ask for them to be put on but they expected me to pay for them. Ever since the "branch manager" that in my opinion shouldn't manage a dog lot has had a vendetta against me. This company is a joke. They tell you we are the only place for specialized wheelchairs so get them from us. Well i thick it should be get pushed aside or forgotten by your company. We been waiting since June for a wheelchair for my husband & all we have gotten is the run @. I will never & i mean never recommed this companymto anybody. That even goes for your worthless employees that never return phone calls. Ive had my fill. We are done with the *** from this company. I would love it if someone in this company kept their word and actually called you back. I have been trying to get my daughter's wheelchair since July. They have the standard line "is has been processed, or the chair is on order. This is not status, this is confirmation of information I already know.
