Blaine Singleton said I was arguing with him after he started yelling over the phone. I asked his tech. for a quote for back casters. I never received one. Instead of getting a quote they were put on when the brake or one of the many motors or brakes went out and they took it to the shop. I didn't ask for them to be put on but they expected me to pay for them. Ever since the "branch manager" that in my opinion shouldn't manage a dog lot has had a vendetta against me. My arm rest (left one) broke, so when you push it back it would fall to the floor. Two techs. were told & the branch manager. Seven months later I was in church and was adjusting and both arm rest went to the floor. So the branch manager tried to fix it because the sales rep of the chair was kind enough to GIVE me the parts(which he said he was going to charge me for and have me red flagged meaning it would take longer to fix my chair). So he fixed the right side. Well on the left side that went to the floor in both directions now (the one that had been broke for 7 months prob longer). he fixed it from falling to the floor frontwards but not backwards. while he was working he said "man that bolt is stripped" after trying to get it loosened for 5 min. then i was asked "if I had a newer set of allen wrenches so maybe he can get the stripped bolt out" that he knowingly stripped out. So he was going to bring a back bar that was bout 2 weeks ago. Now I'm being told that I have to pay for that back bar. What a crock after he stripped it out! I have a manual which i got over 3 yrs ago which is too small. If I'm in it the wheels tear holes in my jeans. they also know it is to small. I fell out of it trying to let the tech. in the house and had to crawl to the door to let the tech in the house. He helped me back in the chair. He also had to help me a couple more times. He came out cause my power chair wouldn't move at all nor would any of the functions work The Tech is coming back tomorrow, however the chair still won't be fixed cause they needed a reg. box to put in to see which actuator is bad. over a week and still aren't bringing me a loaner chair. the branch manger told me he didn't have to bring me a chair. it's not the law for me to bring you one. way more to this story. If your thinking about NSM in Asheville, NC please reconsider. Customer service is a joke so is management, which by the way was the owner. Gee wander why he had to sell. Him and His wife are both employed there. They need to go under new management. I was also told my expectations were too high and it's all about me. I will never Purchase a chair from this company. This isn't even to mention that he dropped the ball on ordering a powerchar before this one because he dropped the ball and let my insurance start all over again. 6 months my ins. said they needed paper work from them. He begged me to give him a 2nd chance that was a big mistake. I

National Seating And Mobility Cons: Treated unfairly, Do not care attitude, Calls not returned, Lack of follow through on order, Threatened in my own house better be glad i amm a christian now.
