We receive a post card in the mail in August of 2014 stating my sons power chair had a recall on the toggle switch and display for the wheel chair movement. The card stated there was a back log of parts and they would contact us when the part was in to schedule an appointment to replace the part.

As of June 2015 no one had contacted us for this repair. In June 2015 another switch on the chair went out, and as of 10/2/2015 - NSM has yet to submit the appropriate paperwork to BCBS insurance for the repairs, and have not even ordered the switch needed. Mind you my son is a Quad and really needs this electric wheelchair.

There customer service at the Bartonville, IL is pretty much nonexistent at best.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

National Seating And Mobility Cons: Customer service, Calls not returned.

Recalls are done by manufacturers. They are a distributor.

So that means parts are back logged from the manufacturer not them. Before you complain learn the truth it will set you free.
