Scheduled a seating evaluation and it was cancelled because company said my insurance was terminating. I rescheduled the evaluation and when I reached out to National Seating even though my insurance company verified my benefits and spoke with Carina I was still unable to get anywhere. United healthcare was told that they would not be able to provide me with a power chair by December 31st. even though they spent one month telling me my insurance... Read more

Same experience as noted - don't return calls - spent thousands for a chair - cannot get service. Next call to BBB - awful!

The Redlands CA. branch of National seating & mobility has treated me with out right disrespect, They have such contempt on the phone for us after they've screwed up for months of submitting the wrong codes TWICE to spending weeks claiming the right parts were put on the chair to only have to admit & replace the parts they did wrong We spend weeks in bed do to their misconduct & then they double up our pain & suffering by being outright... I have been dealing with NSM for way to many years. Like others said, they don't return calls like they promise and it takes months on end to get parts. I had an appointment to get my chair readjusted and the guy moved the wrong side after having no success with moving the other side. He scratched the *** out of my chair and never told me. I drove 45 minutes today to NSM in Wauwatosa, WI and arived at 4:05, the place was pitch dark and noone... Read more

Horrible! They hsve had my disabled son's power chair since July. It is now mid-October. No straight answers, lots of buck passing. Meanwhile, my son is in great pain from just tryong to move within his apartment.

Worst people work here. They don't return calls for months and the secretary laughs when I tell her about how nobody calls me back. I've been waiting for four months for my new electric wheelchair and haven't been able to go outside.

Isn't it abuse to keep a paralyzed person in bed (like a prisoner) for weeks because a lazy company can't return phone calls. I have a custom quantum Q6 edge with seating that relieves pressure sores. When the chair works it's fine, When it doesn't I'm in bed. Prevention is the key since these people don't heal well. NSM has played games for weeks and calls are not returned. How can these companies abuse their patients and not only that... Read more
