Worst people work here. They don't return calls for months and the secretary laughs when I tell her about how nobody calls me back. I've been waiting for four months for my new electric wheelchair and haven't been able to go outside.

Isn't it abuse to keep a paralyzed person in bed (like a prisoner) for weeks because a lazy company can't return phone calls. I have a custom quantum Q6 edge with seating that relieves pressure sores. When the chair works it's fine, When it doesn't I'm in bed. Prevention is the key since these people don't heal well. NSM has played games for weeks and calls are not returned. How can these companies abuse their patients and not only that... Read more

Dear help , on may 11 2016 , @B.M.C I got a assesment and they appeoved me for a wheelchair and i am still wairing , i left jill a message six to seven times and still havnt returened my calls at 508-875-1223 ext 207 ???my number is 1857-246-0063 changed from 857-246-1310 and the other number i gave jill , please contact me through email or phone ......

Poor service, ordered parts for wheelchair are never correct, always waiting while my sons ability to be mobile in his chair decline and have become dangerous. Wheels are extremely worn and have no grip on ramp and no grip left for brakes!

One of the worst customer service experiences you'll ever have...guaranteed! Nobody cares, lackadaisical employees! Waited on a power chair for 6 months after leaving the hospital using there antiquated loaner for that time period. A minor part broke 1 month after recieving the chair while we were away at a Miami research facility. The chair power switch broke. The LEMON CHAIR. Robert March 3, 2016. Five failures that left me stranded more than 3 miles from my home. The chair has more hour broke now in my kitchen that has hours being usable

I got approved for a SmartDrive in April, and then there is only one person who could place the order and she was on vacation. She then forgot to place the order until I called. I also called the salesperson I dealt with and they did not return my calls. I finally got my SmartDrive after 5 weeks, then only to find out that I needed to order a part.
