Power scooter was ordered with larger seat and delivered with smaller one. Being a larger man seat uncomfortable and will break within a short period of time. Told the tech rep when she delivered the scooter it was the wrong seat she just said it would be denied otherwise. Again no concern for my safety people do not buy anything from these people please.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with National Seating & Mobility Jeff has been always willing to come up and follow up with my wheelchair and adjusted no matter what I need now they've come through with a bathroom bridge and a power assist for my wheelchair I couldn't be more happy with this company and their employees I highly recommend them
