Horrible! I can’t go to my doctor or specialists or dentist due to dead battery waiting since last august and it’s now March of the following year!!

Ive been waiting for a battery for my wheelchair since last August ! Wheelchair now dead!

Its now March! The worst company ever. They dont answer the phone and we leave messages.

When they do answer they say they will call back but nobody does! Stay away from them!!

Preferred solution: A new battery for my wheelchair I’ve requested since last August and it is now March! The battery is now dead! We’ve called many many times!! This is unacceptable and just wrong!!

National Seating And Mobility is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They don’t care about people especially disabled.

They say they will call back but nobody does! It’s despicable how they treat people! Stay away unless you want a reason to hate them as I do! I’m waiting for a wheelchair battery for my battery operated wheelchair since August 2023 and it’s now March 2024!

I was diagnosed with ALS and am confined to my wheelchair and cannot speak. My sons, friends, family and relatives have called on my behalf begging them to install a new battery because mine is now dead! Not one return call!

Beyond frustrating and I feel so desperate and discriminated against and tossed aside. Please believe me they are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with since my terrible diagnosis!

Ive been waiting for a battery for my battery powered wheelchair since August 2023, its now March 2024. Im diagnosed with ALS and they just dont care ! Weve called every week 5x a week and they say someone will call back NOBODY does! I feel so discriminated and tossed away! My chair is now dead!

No tech showed up this morning, so I called the CT office to find out why. She claimed to have called both my numbers to confirm the appointment and left messages at both. She did not. I found the calls, but no voicemails were left on either phone. I even looked in the 'deleted' folder. No messages were left there either. She keeps arguing with me and giving me attitude!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Just a pure human error.

They lent us a loner. People are great, they just need extra experience workers. I was just getting my body busted from bedbound son for 30 days.

He missed all Dr. Appointments and going out.

Refer to national mobility and seating from stars rehab. Just curious, does Stars rehab get a kickback for referral? Just Stay away from recomemendations . Just a question.Ask always for a list of vendors. I need to check with the inspector General of Medicade if I am the only complaint they had.

Trying to get them to fix a ramp they built and failed inspection

Back on February 14, 2023 I got hurt at a work accident and ended up in ICU not knowing if I was going to live. Workers Comp got in touched with my family to discuss house modifications to meet ADA compliance.

Workers Comp got in touch with National Seating & Mobility in Florida to discuss what was needed so that I could come home after going to Shepard Center for rehab. NSM reached out to my wife in March 2023 about the modifications to our house.

What was originally planned; install a ramp off the front of house, add 2 concrete pads, make our one bathroom in to a wet bathroom. NSM contracted to Delightfulservices LLC Owned by Juan Lopez out of Cartersville, Ga which contracted to DT Construction Owned by Juan Lopez out of Cartersville Ga. They applied for a building permit on August 18, 2023 (I returned home from rehab on May 2023).

During the construction of the ramp, they would need a foundation inspection for all the posts to support the ramp. The Rowan County North Carolina building inspector came out and did his inspection as required by building code. They failed foundation inspection 3 times and on the fourth inspection they finally passed the inspection and got the OK to start building the ramp and a 20x20x4 concrete parking pad for wheelchair accessibility. When they started the parking pad we got a delivery of 5 pallets of concrete bags.

They mixed all the concrete by hand which took them from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM to mix and pour the concrete pad. Then they went back to building the ramp and had a final inspection. The Inspector found that the railings where not mounted correctly, 2x10 joists was tapered from 10 to 4 to contour grade, joist were screwed together with decking screws and a couple joist hangers. All this work took a little over 3 weeks for them to do.

Since it failed inspection I was told that a crew would come out and make it correct (that was the end of August), but to date no one has shown up or returned calls.

I still need doors widened to fit a wheelchair as the only way to use the front door is go out the back door, down the gravel driveway, up the ramp and into the front door as all the doors going from the back of the house to the new ramp are too small for a wheelchair to fit through.

National Seating & Mobility subcontracted to 2 companies; DT construction insurance was canceled in May of 2023 and Delightfulservices LLC was listed as established and insured as of May 2023. I also checked with BBB (Better Business Bureau) and found out that they have a ton of complaints and investigation on not completing jobs after they have gotten the money or substandard workmanship to the point that people cannot sell their houses until things are fixed or take a big loss on the sale of the houses.

I would recommend that everyone stay away from all these companies.

This company is the worst the Rhode Island and Massachusetts branch manager does nothing but lie to clients make mistakes. Try to cover them up and never take ownership for anything.

She sent someone to our house told us it was an 80 P for my seven year old wheelchair when in fact, the person did not have a license at all they ordered the wrong wheelchair which was not occupancy transportation compliant then lied about it blamed us and fired my seven year old as a client thats right folks fired a seven-year-old child because of their mistakes.

This company should be shut down by the government. They are a disaster and dangerous to the disabled community.

National Moblity was told by my insurance that I have a scooter, someone named Kenna.What insurance told them that ,because I don't have a scooter. Just spoke to customer service and she's gone have her call me.The information they received is false and my order was due August 31,2023.I need to know which insurance of mine told National Moblity that.

The management is the worst the repair man has no clue we have been going on almost a year for a simple repair they lie saying theyll be back within 2 weeks thats was 3 months ago jaycee has fallen

She has fallen out of the chair becaisr the wheel keeps falling off she has been stuck out in 100 degree weather and say the part is in the warehouse then they say it hasnt even been ordered if she gets injured over this chair its going to be yalls fault please fo something about this branch and its managment i do home health and every client i have that has to deal with your comoany in this area will say the same thing

Poor service in Southborough Massachusetts

The ladies in the Southborough Massachusetts office should not be employed with nsm they do return calls that are supposed to be answered by 4 pm Dailey they lie about orders for customers.. when there supervisor ( Angela) very nice she had no idea what her workers were doing ..all the ladies should be fired they really treaded me poorly .

Frustration amd pain

After close to 4 months waiting for a motor to come in for them to repair my e chair i finally put a complaint into their main office. I was contacted by the local office claiming they put the order in but they have no tracking number and do not know when the part will arrive!

Okay i am not stupid. I have ordered things and i always usually know when it will arrive. I have ordered from china and know it takes a month for the order to come on the ship from china. This order has been almost 4 months.

You mean to tell me this professional company cant track orders? And if they repair e chairs they dont have the parts on hand? I believe since the have already been paid that they could care less about repairs. Being a navy veteran i am sometimes ashamed of some of the people in this country i defended.

This e chair was a needed thing. I guess i will just give up and ask my church for the money to have a better company to do the job.
