They are always said they are coming out to repair the wheelchair but each time they come they just look at the wheelchair and say they will return on a certain day, but they do not it has been almost 6 months since then got approved for repairs to Medicated and the repair still haven't been made.

Lost paperwork, excessive time getting parts, contacted them repeatedly telling them I didn't have a working spare power wheelchair and couldn't use a manual. Didn't rush order parts as I asked even tho I said I'd pay the extra costs. My right hip is killing me tho...

National Seating And Mobility - New Anchorage branch is very disappointing!

They have the worst customer service with zero communication. If you would like to know anything about your chair you have to call them. They never return your calls either. I’ve been getting the run around for months and there short falls shouldn’t trickle down to the customer. I won’t be doing business with them again.
