We have had a power wheelchair from them for 5 years.Just getting them to admit that it's theirs is a problem, but getting SERVICE?

Impossible. They lie, they avoid, they make excuses and they avoid some more. We're due for a new chair a month and we can't WAIT to get away from NSM. Their reputation at the Mobility Expo is dirt, and we can fully understand why, and they weren't even listed in the Vendor guide but they snuck in with a tiny little booth.

They were also the ONLY Wheelchair Vendor that didn't offer tuneups or service at the Expo.Go figure!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Service is horrible, Making excuses, Nonchalant uncaring attitudes, Calls not returned.

Yes I agree.I work for NSM and they are getting away from house call repairs.

This directive came down from the big guy on top.

They are going to start a pilot program where the customer has to bring their equipment into the company for servicing.Let's see how that works out......
