Was dealing with the Henderson NV location. Hand delivered my prescription for a light weight walker.

Made numerous calls and spoke to Stephanie. Worse customer service . You would think by the third call she would recognize who is was, and why I was calling. Same story each call " Jeff will call you back".

3 weeks later still no phone call from Jeff. Called my insurance company because they are supposed to be a preferred provider. Finally spoke to Jeff and he transferred my prescription to Prefered Home Care. Should have figured that my RX was to small for them to be bothered with.

Stephanie kept telling me to go to Walmart to get one. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went there.

Product or Service Mentioned: National Seating And Mobility Customer Care.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

I didn't like: Lack of follow through on order, Service is horrible, Staff.
