I'm afraid I'll get the one delightful employee at National Seating I've had the pleasure speaking with, without a long transfer and hold...in trouble, if I write about her having gotten back to me each time I had concerns. I hope she wasn't just a "BUFFER, " secretary, she was very patient with me; Do you REALLY want to hear this?

The BBB didn't do much but get me another "redundant 20 minute appointment " scheduled with the lady who'd hung up with me when I merely said to her "Yes, the Nat Seating & Mobility DOES make the "Indoor/Outdoor" my doctor ordered, it's on their web site as the VICTORY! She still hasn't apologized-course,that's Kaiser's "policy and form" of Customer Service in regard to their processes not functioning properly-So I'm not surprised. KSadaiser doesn't apologize you know ?!) Surely the head of the "Mobility Clinic" enjoyed another twenty minutes with me at an appointment whereupon I 'd hoped (never assumed) that Kaiser would make this right. I have to study "The ART of the Deal" and delve into some contract law books to figure this one out, but when SOMEONE MAKES AN AGREEMENT to only spend a certain amount of funds on a disabled patient with MS., it behooves me to see that they actually EVEN DENY THE PATIENT'S OFFER TO PAY for the chair their neurologist order for her...but try to support their decision with false facts , as well as FALSE ADVERTISING!

THE DARN CHAIR WILL NOT MAKE IT TO WALMART AND BACK and it's only a mile and a quarter each way! I never know if I can make it HOME, so why bother trying to use my scooter!! It'll just lead to further problems, such as , getting stranded away from home, and in the dark possibly---Yipes! .

Not to mention the swiveling po go stick like steeringโ€ฆ.CATALOGUE SAYS IT GOES FIVE MILES WITHOUT A RECHARGE-what am I tester for National Seating &, Kaiser, now ? They tricked me into thinking I was actually going to receive the "chair called indoor-outdoor" as prescribed by my doctor, then they show up at my house with a SAME EXACT CHAIR UNIT (Jazzy (ha ha, )a "go go" po go stick steering that's always having to be tightened by the time I get to the Walmart ? This is not an indoor-outdoor mobile unit at all, do you really want to read my ten pages sent to the BBB in San Diego ? Ok , I'll assemble that tomorrow if my back holds up!

THE "ART OF THE DEAL" seems allot more important to these two companies , who made the "deal", that put their policies so far above HELPING the disabled patient, that I'm beginning to wonder why they are even "dealing" with a medical facility in the first place ? THEY SHOULD GET INTO THE CAR SALES OR HORSE SALE BUSINESSES? THE PATIENT'S NEEDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED? EVEN THOUGH THE DR.

WROTE IT THAT WAY!!! I even offered to pay the difference $$$ between the "wrong" chair, and the one the neurologist ordered for me..and they still wont' listen!! REPEATS REPEATS 20 MINUTE "EVALUATIONS' AND oh, gee, MORE same non-informative EVALUATIONS but this time with different personnel and doctors: I ASKED THEM , PLEASE JUST "PLEASE, ALLOW ME, TO PURCHASE THE CHAIR MY NEUROLOGIST ORDERED"...IF YOUR KAISER PURCHASING DEPARTMENT DOESN'T WANT TO..BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONE YOU "SAID" I WOULD BE RECEIVING/ SHALL I JUST TAKE A TRADE IN ON A $1700 MOBILE CHAIR, AND PUT IT DOWN ON A CHEVY TRUCK WITH A TRUNK FULL OF TOOLS INSTEAD ?

WALMART THINKS THAT WOULD ELIMINATE THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVING TO HELP ME WHENEVER I ARRIVE AT THEIR STORE TO RECHARGE MY "JAZZY GO GO PO GO STICK" WITH UNDETERMINABLE TRAVEL EXPECTAIONS; GET MY MO CHAIR OUT OF THEIR STORE MORE EFFICENTLY? JUST BUY A CHEVY TRUCK AND THEN I COULD CARRY THE REPAIR TOOLS WITH ME SO I COULD MAKE IT HOME BEFORE DARK , FOR SURE ??

Reason of review: I am happy to see I am not the only person for whom Kaiser has purchased the wrong chair; seems there are others whose neurologists prescribed the indoor -outdoor type chair that was never approved properly..

Two or three lines would have been enough to make your point and spending the rest of you time working on your problem, like if you put this on a credit card (good idea with anyone you wouldn't trust with your wallet) dispute the charge and let the card company investigate the transaction.
