I've been dealing with these incompetent fkg *** for 10 years! They're anything but professional.

There's ABSOLUTELY NO internal communication. Calls are RARELY returned and when they are, it's 2-3 weeks LATER!! Typically, I've already resolved the issue by purchasing the parts I needed online, and installed them myself! Unbelievable.

I learned early on that they they couldn't be counted on for ANYTHING! This is after I missed the marriage of a long-term family friend several years ago. He was killed in a car accident last month. How *** do I feel now...

When I spoke to the person responsible for (not) sending me the part Monday after the wedding back then, all I got was a bunch of excuses of how he's so overworked and works 12 hour days...blah, blah, blah. I was FURIOUS! I HAVE NO CLUE how anyone there keeps a job. Apparently, NSM doesn't hire competent, capable, responsible, accountable people.

If I was the Anaheim branch manager, I'd fire everyone who didn't fit the above criteria. I see that I'm not the only fortunate soul who has had the pleasure of dealing with these clowns...lucky us.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I know where you are coming from. They used to be good and they turned to s_ _ _t.

I live in the Fox Valley here in Wisconsin, and there isn't one good store around for us handicapped. The repair guys are good for the most part. The office staff are nuts and brain dead above the shoulders. I have to remember to keep my cool when dealing with these zombies from ***.
