National Seating And Mobility - New Anchorage branch is very disappointing!

They have the worst customer service with zero communication. If you would like to know anything about your chair you have to call them. They never return your calls either. I’ve been getting the run around for months and there short falls shouldn’t trickle down to the customer. I won’t be doing business with them again.

National Seating And Mobility - They don’t care about safety or customers

Power scooter was ordered with larger seat and delivered with smaller one. Being a larger man seat uncomfortable and will break within a short period of time. Told the tech rep when she delivered the scooter it was the wrong seat she just said it would be denied otherwise. Again no concern for my safety people do not buy anything from these people please.
